A.As our fees will change depending on your business size, business complexity, and scope of our work, we are quoting our fees after we hear your requests. Moreover, it is not in our interest to mislead you by providing the lowest price information of a very limited scope of work just to attract our potential clients. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
About Business Partnership
Q. Are you looking for business partners?
A.Yes, we are looking for business partners! Univis views the speediness and flexibility as the most important thing in delivering services to clients, and therefore, we are always looking for reliable business partners. If you are interested in working with us, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Q. How do you cooperate with business partners?
A.If we consider that it would push up the quality of our service, or if there are any requests from clients, we introduce our business partners to the clients. We have been successful in providing quality proposals and work to our clients by cooperating with lawyers and other foreign accounting firms.
About International Services
Q. Would it be necessary to ask for support from major accounting/tax firms on international issues?
A.The quality of international services depends on whether the advisers have the latest information (i.e. information about the latest/upcoming tax reforms) of that country. In this aspect, we agree that the major accounting/tax firms such as BIG 4 (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG and EY) are the most reliable advisers; however, at the same time, you would need to pay expensive fees. In order to minimize your costs and risks, we suggest you to hire several advisers to manage international issues depending on their complexity and materiality. We have business partners around the world including our Tokyo office, and we are able to provide you with the updated information.
Q. We are very interested in Japanese market but we cannot speak Japanese. Could you support us as an interpreter?
A.Yes, we can! We have bilingual (English/Japanese) members in our firm and are able to participate in the meetings and tele-cons to support you.
