Kensuke KOBAYASHI

Kensuke graduated from renowned Waseda University with a Bachelor of Political Science and Economics degree. He has built his extensive career at Deloitte Tohmatsu, and widened his international horizons at Deloitte New York office. In 2011, Kensuke founded Univis Tax Co., and in 2017, founded Univis America LLC. He provides various accounting and tax services to Japanese companies in the U.S. Both US and Japanese CPA holder.

Masataka YOSHINO

Masataka holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Waseda University. Before joining Univis America in March 2021, he amassed a decade of experience at KPMG Tokyo and Dublin, specializing in financial services. During his tenure, he provided audit and accounting advisory services to various financial institutions. His role at Univis America primarily revolves around spearheading new business initiatives.

Tomoko graduated from Doshisha University. She joined KPMG AZSA LLC's financial division and provided audits for one of the Japanese largest financial institutions and various global companies. In 2023, she launched Univis America Co.Limited as a Japanese subsidiary of UNIVIS AMERICA LLC.

Daichi ICHINOSE

Daichi graduated from Meiji University. He joined the financial division of KPMG AZSA LLC and provided audits to Japan‘s largest financial institutions. After that, he engaged in various M&A advisory services including financial due diligence, valuation, PMI, FA at PwC Advisory LLC. It also includes many cross-border financial due diligence operations. In 2023, he launched Univis America Co.Limited as a Japanese subsidiary of UNIVIS AMERICA LLC.
